Collection

Odyssey 20/20 collects information to transact with customers and to notify clients and contacts of product information and company news. Contact information includes names, email addresses and optional other details. When a product is ordered, further information is required including billing and delivery addresses, and payment information. Odyssey 20/20 uses a third party credit card processing gateway, and does not store credit card details. Information is normally collected through the Odyssey 20/20 web site ("the Site").

Use & disclosure

Odyssey 20/20 uses information collected in order to inform and transact with clients and contacts. Odyssey 20/20 uses information provided on order for billing purposes, credit card authorisation, authentication of client identity, to complete and deliver orders, and for client contact in relation to orders. Odyssey 20/20 may disclose client or contact information, in limited circumstances, to our service providers, suppliers and manufacturers (for example, to deliver products or to resolve a client warranty claim). Odyssey 20/20 may also disclose such information where permitted or required by law. Odyssey 20/20 does not trade in client information or permit client or contact information to be used other than for Odyssey 20/20's own purposes.

The Site uses web "cookie" technology to maintain a visitor context during your visit to the Site and between visits. Most web browsers allow users to view, manage or delete cookies, or to refuse to accept them. If cookies are deleted, this may result in the need to re-enter details during and between visits to the Site.

Storage

Odyssey 20/20 follows generally accepted industry standards for the security of personal information it collects and stores, both during transmission and after receipt. Personal information collected by Odyssey 20/20 is stored within Australia.

To access your personal information stored by Odyssey 20/20, or to correct errors or inaccuracies, select "My Account" in the "Shop" section of the Site, and follow the prompts.  Alternatively email Odyssey 20/20 at info@odyssey2020.com.

To opt out of any client communications, such as company and product news, use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email, or email Odyssey 20/20 at info@odyssey2020.com

Changes

Odyssey 20/20 may change this policy from time to time, and will post any such changes on the Site.
